As clinicians in psychology we use evidence based practice. Our work is informed by the following theoretical models: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Solution Focused Therapy, Schema Focused Theory, Attachment, Family Therapy and Positive Psychology. Treatment is tailored to meet individual’s needs.

We have extensive experience in short-term focused work as well as long-term in-depth psychological therapy, our service is suitable for:

Adults from eighteen to ninety (providing there are no neurological problems)
Supervision to counsellors and psychologists
Consultation for foster carers and social workers
Psycho-legal work is also available on request
Sessions can be in English and Portuguese

A weeks notice is all that is required to secure private Psychology or counselling appointment. We practice in Bournemouth, Dorset and our hours are flexible. Details of the therapy contract, including fees will be negotiated directly with the client.
