Pre-session appointment

A free 15 minutes telephone consultation can be arranged either by emailing us at www.solutions-psychology.com or by telephoning Lilian on 07980 895223 and Rebecca on 07828232006.

Duration of appointments

Appointments normally last fifty minutes and two or three minutes are added on at the end to complete general administrative tasks such as payment and booking the next appointment.

Cancellation and missed sessions

Regularity and continuity are important in therapy, as they give a feeling of reliability and structure to the process. Together we will agree on the days and times of our sessions and those times will be set aside for you. If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason please let us have as much notice as possible. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice there will be a cancellation charge of the normal fee for the session.

Fees

Payment can either be made on a weekly basis or monthly in advance. Fees will be directly negotiated. We review our fees periodically.
